They take the keys then make drivers sit in a corridor, I then had to reload out of there but around the back. Took keys again then want drivers to sit in a green box with the door missing. Shocking

Decent place to deliver to but they make the drivers sit in the corridor in goods in.
My question to whoever decided that would be, "where did the drivers do during the COVID pandemic? We have to sit in them uncomfortable seats/chairs, therefore can't rest and once tipped we have to find a place to park up for a break. You take the keys off us so why can't we sit/lie down in the truck and have a proper rest?
Why you to hand keys in and not stay in cab and sit in a little room on uncomfortable chairs.
Terrible place to tip. Waiting 3 hours to tip 5 pallets then an hour and a half on the bay. Utterly useless
Loads of bays but only use a third slow to get on bay but very fast unload when they sort a bay
Quick tip,I turned up late,but they we're pleasant and unloaded me straight away easy to find
