Writing a review here as Sterling Motor Group has seemingly disappeared off of google maps, and I see that both companies have the same owners. Mugged me off with my car and are being dodgy and trying to find loopholes to not award a substantial amount of money as per the warranty

They don't do invoices for the job because are afraid, and if something bad happens to your car, they will blame someone else. You will read what will be their comment off this postage.
If you want to get your car fixed without losing time and being lied to, than go somewhere else. I called before to get a quote for fitting a part to my car, gave my REG number, make, model and I got quoted £140(labour), all good I booked the car and then I brought the car to the garage, gave the keys and I went back to work. 45 minutes later I get a call and I am being told that they were not aware that my car had a V6 engine and because there is not a lot of room in the engine bay, this will cost me £320...( Remember that I already gave my reg number, car model, etc, so they knew everything beforehand)- I told them that - Their answer:" Sorry sir, let me speak to my boss, maybe we can get the price down". 2 minutes later: "The best we can do is £280". I went back, took my car and never came back.

Great service and excellent customer service, had work done on multiple vehicles of mine. Very knowledgable staff/technicians. Mechanic working on my car took the time to even explain the issue and the cause for it as to avoid happening again in future. Highly recommend!
Great communication! Valued my time for being here and getting my vehicle serviced to manufacture standard. Used all genuine BMW parts for the service. Easy to get to and reasonable quotations offered. Was a bit of a journey especially coming from Kent however, Instagram advertising plays a huge role of convincing!
This place is run by a bunch of cowboys who have no experience and lack knowledge of cars. All these reviews are left by 'friends' who have never had any work done on their cars by these people. 3 individuals I know personally have had work done and all of them had horrific work completed. Go in for any exhaust work and you'll see the level of skill by how rubbish the welds are. 0/100 would be too good of a rating. All photos are of cars they own, hired or rent and do not reflect a true image of the company. Avoid at all costs.
