Opens when they feel like it. All other garages laugh when you mention you been there. Paid £370 for 2 new springs and one shock absorber (would have thought £250). Messed
that up car drove worse after'repair' . Spent another £220 to put his work right.
You have been warned, but you probably won't listen..
Forgot to say booked in for MOT to find he took it somewhere else ...

I called in to see Grant and Shooy a couple of weeks ago, as always a friendly smile and service, checked my tyre pressures and coolants free of charge, service with a smile.
I cannot rate Shoey and his team highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed a new door fitting on my car and didn’t have much money. Within 24 hours of enquiring they’d fitted me a door and even dropped me home and picked me up again. They made a stressful situation into a breeze. In my eyes they’re not just mechanics, they are absolute superstars and I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys, see you on Friday for my MOT!
This garage doesn't even deserve 1 star. I contacted the garage and they booked me in for my work this morning. I went and put my key under the shutter as instructed to do by the person I spoke to when booking as I would be dropping the car off before they opened. I came back at about 1:30pm as I hadn't heard anything from them, to find the shutters closed, when they are meant to be open. I went to the garage next door and they said 'that garage opens and closes when they want to'. I ended up having to bang on the shutter and when the man opened it he knew nothing about my car being booked in so the manager obviously never booked it in the diary and the car hadn't been touched. The customer service I received was awful, no apologies at all. Good job the work wasn't emergency. Don't go there they are not 5 star at all. Not even 1 star
Really helpful. Communicated the whole time and got the problem fixed there and then. Couldn't ask for more when everywhere else local said no. Huge Thanks for your help!!

Don’t know whether I can put my rage into words, this garage is the worst garage I’ve ever been to. They have had my car for more than a month now, the person (Shoey) has been selling me lies. My car needed a cam-belt replacement, I was promised the work would be done within 5 working days and it now has been over a month. He fixed the car with faulty parts that caused my engine to overheat and use all the engine coolant, I was taking it home and it broke down on the Motorway at night(11pm) due to engine getting overheated, my car could have set to fire. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and he still thought it was okay to put his customers life into danger. I got RAC breakdown to drop the car off back to the garage. It has now been further 2 weeks . I have been trying to get in touch with them but no response. Every time I have been to the garage it’s either shut or someone else is working and they had no clue about what car I was talking about. I did not want to leave this feedback on here but i am left with no other choice. Bare in mind I’ve already paid for the job and still no response! This is customer service at its worst! RESPOND TO MY CALLS OR MESSAGES! Won’t recommend this garage to my worst enemy
