Usually this chippy is lovely with fresh food, hot chips and good portions.
Tonight's meal was abysmal compared to the usual standard.
Lukewarm chips, soggy pie, small portions.
A really disappointing meal, which is a shame because I thought we'd found a good and reliable chippy after moving to the area.
This chippy is amazing. The food is beautiful and tasty. The chicken curry was amazing and anyone can come here and be served well. The portions are good there are small one s for me and Big ones for the chunkies. This chippy was a bit like Robert Downey JR. He has never won an Oscar but he’s still good. The chippy is one of the best in Tamworth but doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. I also love the New owners which h are so much better than Good old Bernie. My Husband loves it too, he said that the owners were nice to him and that he had never met an Indian don before and thought that the food was tasty. WILL BE RETURNING.

Absolutely bostin' small fish and one cone of chips. My grandad comes here every Saturday night dead on 6pm for the freshest battered fish in town. He gets treated like a member of the family and he loves it. Couldn't be happier. As a family we love this chippy. I'll be patronising it again this Saturday when I visit from up North and up North we know how to do fish and chips like proper professionals but this one gives us Northerners a real run for our money. 10 out of 10. Chef's kiss.

Absolutely Fresh Value For Money Servings Of Portions Fair Then Most Competitors in current economy.
When a customer was buying something for what she could pay for was heartfelt offering to pay the rest the owner didn't let and wouldn't take my offer giving a meal mattered more rather then bits of paper has been witnessed by customer service provided every time so I will be giving my loyalty spending cash with personal information rather then usual same old details instead I'll support the ethical standards where it's due.
Great British fish and chips. Only place to go !
