My Nissan Juke needed an oil and filter change, had to wait a couple of weeks to be booked in as they were busy. I can understand why, quick service, honest mechanic, no sales talk, good honest advice and reasonable prices.

The best automatic garage around by far, I brought a Merc sprinter with a automatic gearbox and didn’t know to much about them and it wasn’t changing gear like it should so I took it to a Mercedes van garage and they didn’t know but charged me £1100 so I took it to 2 more Mercedes van garages who were just as useless and another £3100, I called a friend who has a recovery business and he said go to Bob Smith as he is the best in the business so I did and within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and sorted it and have been taking my van there ever since. Great couple of guys

I was so impressed with the service I received from Smith's Automatics I had to do a review. I would recommend them 100%. My clutch was broken. It was fixed efficiently and now it is back in full working order! Sam was very polite and had great knowledge in diagnosing the issue.
