I happen to live close to BMR Motors , my car needed a service, the minute I walked in ,I was greeted by one of the mechanics while Chris the proprietor was just about to walk in. My experience has been very pleasant, the team are really friendly and for Chris was no problem explaining what needs to be done plus he quoted a price that I was extremely happy with as I have been almost ripped off by others. I will surely book my MOT for January. Thank you very much .
We had a problem on and off and even took it to a local garage who we were not happy with as the problem was back within no time, even after paying for it to be fixed.
We took it to BMR and after eliminating what the problem could be, the job was sorted.
They asked us to take it back after a week of driving around which we did, so they could check that all was still ok and we were so pleased that the problem has been fixed.
Thank you for your service and honesty and cannot speak highly enough of your services.

Trustworthy, professional and really nice people. Will be using this garage for everything now. I recommend them to all my friends and family. They even corrected a mistake by another garage for free. Great customer service, courtesy cars and they wont rip you off!
Outstanding garage and service. Had a problem with my window staying down and couldn't get it to come back. They sorted the problem temporarily just before the bank holiday and then fixed it after. Really great service and friendly. Don't live local to Poole but will definitely consider using the garage again. Highly recommend them

If this garage had a 10 star review option that is what I would have given it. I have had to use BMR a few times and this time was no different from my last experience.
They have knowledgable staff and this includes both the mechanics and the front of house guys, they are willing to explain things and show you things (if like me you haven't got clue about cars) so that you can understand what the issue is.
They were able to get my car in on Monday and fixed the same day after my rear brake calipers had seized and even offered me the use of a courtesy car!! All this with ten minutes notice and all at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended!!!!!
