We really can't recommend Jade Williams at BMD Law enough. We instructed Jade for conveyancing for a sale & purchase, really competitive quote and very good location being right by our sons school. We weren't disappointed, she was amazing. Always available and returned calls very quickly. This was our first experience with conveyancing, Jade explained things to us in a simple and understandable way and really guided us through it in a fantastic way. She reassured us throughout (I'm a complete stresshead) massively efficient. She went above and beyond and then some more throughout the whole process Very friendly & always had time for a little chat. Seriously, for conveyancing, you want Jade to work for you, you really won't be disappointed

Very pleasant and patient staff. The service I received was excellent. There was only one problem (which I am sure they have rectified by now.) I asked Google Assistant for solicitors in Liverpool city centre. BMD came up with an address in Fleet Street, but I was unable to find it. When I rang they told me that they were in Wavertree. They gladly allowed me another couple of hours to get to them. Unfortunately when I got to the address given there was no signage and I ended up having to go into a couple of shops for help. BMD did tell me that new signs were on their way.
Absolutely professional in all aspects of dealing with my query. The firm dealt with conveyancing work 6 years ago, Needless, to say BMD Law was my first choice to sort out my elderly brothers affairs this week. I was delighted with the advice given to me by Liam Wilson who was patient, professional and courteous towards me from the start. Would (and have done) definitely recommend this law firm to family and friends.

We have bought a property via this firm, no evidence nor record appear on the registry, its been over 4 months now. Anytime contact is being made always told we will be called and yet nothing or the person dealing with the case is not working today/ this week (coincidence)...even for a simple query of what I've paid for no one seems to know and its always the case "the person dealing with it is away" does that person even work here anymore as their always away?!?!. Very disappointed and overwhelmingly stressed with the ordeal so far.
BMD Law and especially Jade Williams have performed an outstanding service. Jade was efficient and profession along the whole process and I will no doubt be using them again, when necessary.
