Best chip shop ever, friendly staff & good prices , food is excellent!!
Visited them today to support them with the celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee party going on in the street!! Once I sent a picture of my freshly cooked fish to me Hubby who is currently away at the moment, he was going out straightway to get himself a kebab but it will not compare to the lovely fish & Chips. Well done Blue Sea.
I ordered haddock x2 and chips. The chips were great but the fish and batter were over cooked. It was a shame as they were huge pieces of fish. Very disappointed as had heard such great reviews.
Changed the savaloys to beef without telling anyone. Not even having s choice. You judt get home and start feeling sick.
Yes, expand the menu to cater for other peoples tastes. But at least cater for the people that have bought food from you for decades. Or at least tell them it has changed.

Excellent food, wow! At very cheap prices; considering their competitors. Very highly recommended. I'll definitely walk 15 minutes more to get food from here again. Also, the service is excellent. Efficient, helpful, patient, and friendly.

Received a mistaken order from here from UE. Awful, awful chicken and chips. Soggy fat stale chips, off-tasting chicken. No good crumb or crispy outside, wings were worse somehow.

A small local fish & chips bar that sells amazing fat chips. They have a variety of different selections ranging from fried chicken to sausages/saveloy to pies/patties.
The staff are very nice and friendly, all serving several customers at once so they don’t keep up a long line.
Definitely recommend the fat chips and battered sausages. The hot wings are very succulent and spicy but are very small! Definitely need to get a few to enjoy the flavours.
