Worst pharmacy in Washington and it used to be the best. Never have the items in stock so you’re told to go back and when you do they still don’t have the items. There’s also items missing often, gone downhill rapidly. Used to be open Saturdays and Sundays all day but now only open 5-9pm Saturday evening, crazy. Gone back to Boots.
Genuinely friendly staff that will do their best for you if you also treat them with respect. I recently went there and I was very pleased with the service. Seeing some negative reviews regarding opening time - Understandable. We have to fit things around work . At the same time business have to run and be profitable to pay staff, get the right medication and offer the right/best service they can. Pharmacies are NHS funded (mostly) and in this current climate small business are making some hard choices that goes against their customer service.
Regarding delay in supply of medication. Being NHS funded they are at the mercy of when supply can reach them. Some medication will have to be to order. Doesn't help those in need urgently I totally get it but they are not boots.
Overall this a small local business with a customer first mentality that is serving their local community and I for one will continue to support them
It's a total joke of a place staff haven't got a clue. Went in for tablets came home and then realised they weren't mine went back and got told have to wait 48 hours to get my prescription as that's how long it takes to process. Explained they were antibiotics and eventually after 4th time going back got antibiotics when I got home they were only half there not the amount on the label. Rang again and lass replied theymust have been given to another custo.er.been given to another customer can you co.e back next week for the rest .

Want to give this 5 stars as a local business with, in my experience, excellent staff but there are a couple of things holding it back.
Prices are variable, to say the least. For example, some standard paracetamol is nearly double the price you can buy it for in a supermarket. I know what you're thinking, supermarkets have unrivalled economies of scale, but other products are half the price than the likes of Asda so you need to be careful what you choose to buy here.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, but I sometimes feel they are victims of their own success. Waiting area is tiny and its popularity can sometimes lead to an uncomfortable wait if you catch them during a busy period. If you drive, I'd recommend going at a time when the Tyre Spot branch next door is closed so their car park is available as the one immediately outside is far, to say the least, chaotic with soany selfish drivers parking haphazardly. Not the fault of the pharmacy of course, but worthy of note if you have options of when to visit.
The pharmacy also seems to be utilising the former Lloyd's Pharmacy building a few hundred yards down the road. Will be interesting to see if they keep both branches open or will close one down in the future. Note that this second branch has different opening hours to the main branch. Not sure what they are, but it was certainly closed when I tried visiting just minutes after the main branch didn't have the product I was trying to buy recently.
Overall, I will continue to use but with the conditions noted above.
Been going there for the past few years never had any problems with prescription service or anything else very friendly and helpful definitely recommend you to use
Absolutely fantastic service. Pharmacist called Di helped me a great deal on a Friday night. He is a true asset to this pharmacy.
The most useful aspect of this pharmacy was because it was open before 7am until 10pm weekdays and weekends and didn't have any still close for lunch, now 9 til 8 and 5 to 9 on Saturday wat on earth?? 6 times was told come back later order was place last Wednesday it's now 10 days later still been told the same reply!! I've change pharmacy
