Stumbled upon this little gem while out for a walk. Situated on the cycle trail, this is a great stop off for waking or cycling. Can be accessed by car, but the roads are very narrow.
The coffee is some on the best around, it's rare to find somewhere that can make a decent flat white! Cakes are great too and the setting is just idyllic.
2022 update - still just as good as ever. One of my goto coffee spots in the area. They now serve some hot food (sausage rolls, pasties) which are delicious.

Spending a chilled Sunday am ride and came upon this little gem. The service is great, the location amazing and the cake and coffee just hits the spot. Got my loyalty card and will definitely be coming back.
A lovely place to stop while cycling. The cakes are amazing the tea is lovely (not lively!) and there's games to play at the tables (noughts and crosses, hoopla, skittles, etc.) Worth a visit!
Excellent home made cakes, some hot pastries and Voyager coffee. Great stop off with outdoor seating along the Stover Trail whether you're on bike or foot.

Came across this coffee stop on our bike ride this morning. Flat white coffees were delicious & the Steak pastie we shared was to die for !!! The pastry melted in your mouth ????Excellent friendly staff .Make this a definite "Coffee Diversion"????????
A Hidden Gem in the Countryside!
'Blend and Brew' is a pleasant and quaint rustic outdoor Café, with delicious homemade cakes and tasty coffee (and leaf-tea) set in an idyllic setting , surrounded by apple trees and with an original antique apple-press in the center.
It is situated near to Stover Canal, in the Newton Abbot area of the beautiful County of Devon.
Tea/coffee and cakes are served by an approachable Hostess with a sunny disposition : We highly recommend the carrot cake , and the lemon cake, which we tried and relished.
An added bonus is that the creative hand-crafted wooden tables have wooden games implemened into them, so children are also occupied.
There is also a plant stall selling pretty perennials too,
Definitely hope to return here again!
