My daughter goes to the doctors and she said that they are helpful and very friendly. Plus the doctor's are really good when she had really bad chest infection.
Great doctors but more needs to be done to prevent germs and disease , basic hygiene is not adhered to , I was there two weeks ago and no sanitisers were full and same with hand wash in toilets .
Back again this week still same and no toilet tissue or hand towel.

Haven't been with the practice for long but the staff are always helpful, polite and professional
Used to be decent but has gone so far downhill. The receptionists are particularly awful. 'Call back tomorrow' should be their mantra. The service is so bad that I went private, but unfortunately claim forms still need to be routed through the practice. This means days upon days of being told to call back tomorrow. The trouble is that they don't tell you to do that because they will have a resolution, they do it so that you can be someone else's problem. This wouldn't be so bad if someone somewhere along the line was actually willing to help, but as this attitude is endemic there you're likely going to be in limbo for a very long time.
Nice new place. Ran on time. Very pleasant experience.
Extremely professional and very thorough. Not living in the UK anymore has made looking after foreigners rather difficult.

Major lack of appointments and ended up going private for my requirements. Staff not overly helpful. I personally don't use their services much.
