Nice friendly Dorset Pub with everything a lover of pub’s could want, tasty cold beverages & bar snacks to supplement & of course dog friendly
We made a stop in the evening with two little hungry kids and our dog. Very friendly owners. It was quiet, the girls played in the garden, i got to taste some local beer and cider. We ordered scampi and chips and chicken nuggets and chips. It was above expectation! A great local experience!
Dropped in for the first time with my pooch and hubbie. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Nice and cosy felt like a home. Will 100% be back.
Did not eat. If I lived nearer I would be a regular. Friendly. Rear garden away from traffic. Run as a pub and feels like a pub. Conversation as welcome as the guests.
Staying local and popped in to watch the footy. Staff and locals all very friendly, Didn’t have food but the food we saw being served looked lovely. Will be going back for sure.
A Quaint very friendly little pub. Does sell bar food i.e burgers, fries ect, but they taste delicious and the burger i had wasn't a bargain brand job, this was thick, juicy and you could see it was a quality product.
Some of the reviews below are a bit weird as the landlord told me they’d stopped doing food at Christmas 2022
