Friendly owners and bar staff. Good value and good punters. Good amenities, (pool table, dominoes and great jukebox). Live music and quiz competitions. Very good place for a friendly pint ????
Whilst I found the name of this pub to be a bit racist, and the barman mocked my handlebar moustache saying he could sweep the floor with it, I had very few complaints. They did a lovely diet coke, which I needed after consuming the hottest chicken vindaloo with extra peppers that I have ever tasted at Barbecue Hut earlier that day. At just £3.95 for a full meal, it was excellent value for money, which allowed me to pay it forward by putting some cash in the pocket of the landlord of this place.

Towerlands sports club have been going to here for our domino league for a good while now, always been most welcomed , fed brilliantly, looking forward to seeing them next week at ours????????????????xx
The Black Bull is the best pub in the Dalry! It has friendly staff and characterful patrons which gives it a unique atmosphere all of its own. A great place to spend the afternoon/evening.
