I now only visit when absolutely necessary. Would rate a mere 1 star if it wasn’t for the friendly part time staff and owner himself. Besides them I’m made to feel unwelcome, with minimal eye contact and zero courtesy. Noticeably more courteous towards other customers, but then turn to look away and ignore me each time, plain rude and insolent. Part time staff and owner himself are the only redeeming factor of my review.
We were on holiday in the area and were more than pleased to find this shop. Some of the aisles are a little tight so be aware of this, but staff are very friendly and more than willing to help in case you cannot reach something. This shop/post office/off licence is bigger on the inside! And incredibly well stocked. Curbside parking was not an issue, and accessibility seemed fine. A good find if like us you're just visiting.

Shop fairly well stocked. But even for a small store the prices are really high. £3 for butter the other week. For a more better price and range Londis in gorefield and the coat cutter in parson drove are much better
Its a ok shop expensive but has the important things u run out of but the opening times online are wrong as it say open till 7.30 on a Saturday and it shuts at 7 so this needs to be corrected online so we know when the shop is open and closed ... this is frustrating also on a Sunday closes too early it's the only shop in wisbech st mary and only stays open till 1pm on Sunday would be better if it was 3pm I really feel this shop does not think about its residents at all and needs to be sorted, as this is the only ship when you dont have transport but everytime I go round its all ways shut also in the week it shuts earlier than what it says on the door its actually a joke
Hi, our village shop is among the top 5 in my area, the shop is always clean and tidy (no boxes blocking the aisles), the staff are always polite and will help if you need it, 5star.
Was very surprised to get such a warm welcome service from the staff, virtually done my shopping for me as I was new to the store, would highly recommend
