Thank you John for such a magnificent review! What a waste and how you think it can be on a route between Catterick Garrison and Preston I do not know!
The Hall and facilities are first class with a main Hall, stage, dressing/meeting rooms behind, a separate linked Lounge, a well equipped Kitchen and linked through to the other side is a Sports Pavilion with good changing rooms.
Outside extensive playing fields, cricket, football, bowls, croquet, tennis and a MUGA plus a kiddies playground. Good car parking for 80+ cars.
Great place to let kids run around
It was a comfortable, warm an enjoyable and interesting afternoon. Easy to find and ample parking.
Nice village hall, perfect for any get togethers, fete's, craft fairs and etc, next to a lovely cricket field
I cannot really comment as I did not actually enter Bishop Monkton Village Hall.
I stopped here to stretch my legs and have a walk around on my journey from Catterick Garrison to Preston.
It has a playing field and tennis courts.
I live right next to this place, at Harvest View. A lovely view to wake up to every morning.
Csme here for food and water stop for a bike event but lots of facilities
A good village venue with lots of activities for the locals.
