Top locals pub. Excellent choice of ales at well low prices cracking staff and local customers.
Proper old fashioned pub, great bunch of locals, fantastic landlord and landlady, and always made to feel welcome with lots of banter going on. My fave pub probably in the entire Potteries and always make a beeline for there when in Cheadle
The was a lovely warm welcome and that wasn't just the fantastic coal fires. The landlord and the bar staff were great, very friendly. My husband said the beers were spot on. In our opinion it is one of the best pubs in Cheadle

Arrived at this lovely friendly pub ????????the staff were fantastic and friendly, we enjoyed a few cold scoops ????????????which was only £3.10 a pint ????had a few games of pool and watched a bit of horse racing fantastic time we will definitely be going back ????????10/10
Love this place to bits.... Very homely... Welcoming... Cosy... As a stranger they make you feel part of the family . Worth coming to Stoke on Trent for.... Only problem.... They don't serve food... But Chinese across the road...
Called in today after watching football on the nearby pitch the pub was very warm & welcoming with lovely fire as you walk in.The pub put some good food on & the ales were good we will return - Thank you
