Helpful, friendly & knowledge staff. Happy to re order your prescriptions from the Dr's for you. For my medical needs, they are great. Can get extremely busy at random times, though, which can get uncomfortable as it's a tiny pharmacy, but they serve a huge area, so to be exposed!
Very helpful, I didn't want to go into the shop to pick up COVID tests, assistant came out to me.
This Pharmacy is just the worst..... the staff are so rude and unhelpful, they just leave you standing there, not saying a word. The Pharmacist is just as bad too, I took my 2yr old granddaughter into to see the Pharmacist to have a look and hopefully give her something for conjunctivitis, the Pharmacist stood there stamping prescriptions and left us waiting for 15 minutes, my granddaughter was in clear distress with her eye, and none carried not the staff or the Pharmacist. Then... when the Pharmacist actually, stopped stamping and came down the 2 steps to us, she had the nerve to say to me, ' is this something the other staff can deal with' well no...., this needed a clinical person to look at her eye and prescribe. Just awful service!!!
Nice people to talk to but I'm guessing they're to busy to answer the phone at time but that's very understandable!♥️????
Are these reviews for real? The service here is SHOCKING , great if you have a spare hour to wait for a prescription that was ready 5 hours ago!!!
Ridiculously slow staff that don’t care!!
From the second my kids and I walked in the sales assistant. She didn't greet us or say a single word. Thought the whole experience. I am sorry that her poor life choices see her ending her days in a hideous job where she has to meet people she feels far superior too. But sadly at the end of the day this septic creature made the decisions that see her in that role. I for one do not care to have her vile outlook on life displayed in her lack of customer service. For that reason alone I wouldn't ever go here again. Everyone else was nice. She was just a rancid piece of flesh
I have tried to contact them from 5.15pm obviously the phone is off the hook, no answer it is disgraceful, people who work and can't ring at lunch time because they are closed 1pm to 2pm have no chance. I really needed to speak to someone and I am now really stressed.
Same as others have mentioned 1 particular member of staff has no customer service skills, talks to you like she's above everyone else, won't ever shop here again until the thing is gone
