An absolutely splendid evening. It was quiet which was a real shame as the food was sublime, the staff were absolutely fantastic and the restaurant itself was lovely. It was a belated birthday dinner and the people were lovely enough to gift me a card at the end (and even a little present). It's a real shame the tasting menu will no longer be available but I sincerely look forward to seeing what the Bilson Eleven team does next. We were all arguing over what our favourite course was and we've yet to come to a decision!
We drove through driving rain from Edinburgh to see our friends who took us to this wonderful venue. I had a caramel hot chocolate to warm me up followed by soup of the day then a chicken thigh skillet. Our hostess was very kind and met all our needs. My son was happy with the vegetarian options. It was truly excellent

Bilson eleven is absolute brilliant. Really fantastic for in a very relaxed environment. The food was fantastic, a good display of local Scottish ingredients prepared by a chef that is clearly very passionate about bringing that quality out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience.
Had a superb meal and all round dining experience here on sat night. Food was faultless, good mixture of bang in season scottish produce. The service was absolutely superb from start to finish, and this was matched by each course. Almost feels like a private dining experience due to the 5 covers only. Decor and ambience of the restaurant were also amazing. Some amazing other rooms in the building which we were very kindly shown by the chef at the end of our meal . Superb all round experience.
This place is awesome! The environment, service, and food all perfect!!! Nick is an amazing cook. Everything he made was wonderful. We really enjoyed this place. I feel British tipping is too low for their great service, and we had to tip them American way. What a wonderful experience! Loved it!
This was an excellent dining experience. The beautiful room, the fabulous food, the wonderful staff - rather a perfect evening. The next time I'm in Glasgow, I will definitely book again!
Excellent experience at Bilson Eleven. Takes a little bit of finding and parking is limited, but once inside, it was brilliant. Very stylish and personal service. The menu was well thought out and presented. Strikes a good balance of relaxed formality. We have dined at all the best Glasgow restaurants, and this is in the top 3. It's not cheap, but it is very competitive when compared to other similar venues. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.
