Not my usual choice for a place to eat but we wanted to support a new business so gave it a try. Surroundings are pleasant. Staff are warm & attentive. Food was nice and prices were good. Wasn't sure what to expect but there are no menus & you can only order pie & mash with gravy or liquor. There is only one pie available which I think is minced beef. The only changes available are how many pies or scoops of mash you ordered & whether you have gravy or liquor on your plate. Seems to work as all the East end of London rave about it. Pretty empty when we ate which is a shame. Give it a go & try it yourself.
Walking around Ashford looking for something to eat and came across this place. Really friendly and welcoming. Double pie & mash was excellent. Very attentive staff. Will come again. I hope they do well
Went here yesterday, was greeted lovely on arrival and sat promptly. As I am from London I love a good pie and mash and this was certainly one! Tasted just like the ones I have at home and couldn’t ask for more! Portions were massive so didn’t even have space for some lovely looking desserts! Would defo come back and highly recommend!
Very very friendly and welcoming atomosphere not only from the owners but local regulars I can happily sit there and say when I was told I’m gonna be taken on a experience that wasn’t a lie very fresh and well portioned excellent traditional food cooked with a lot of love and passion I can definitely say I will be coming again and again thank you to my best friend for introducing me into another tasty ???? way of life

Had a brilliant first pie and mash at Billy’s today, I’d never tried it before as i grew up in spain! Will 100% be back was delicious and fab service!
I think it was the owner that served us today, he was really a sound bloke! Wouldn’t even take a tip, he just said that he would appreciate a review! So here is my honest review…100% recommend this place, if you haven’t been yet, you must! Will be spreading the word for sure! Thank you again! ????
Great East End pie and mash in the centre of Ashford. Manzies pies which are great, and excellent liquor. Lovely staff complete a great experience.

Came in today with my wife an 2kids, was perfect ????, worth the drive. Liquor nice, pies proper. (Spoke to you about that bad review/rant ????????) will be returning again thank you. even gave my youngest a free bowl of mash an Liquor.
