I rarely write reviews of services and as an ex NHS staff member I am very reluctant to criticise NHS staff working in difficult circumstances but today I make an exception. I had a blood test at this centre today and the phlebotomist was rude, curt and clearly unhappy in her work. Her attitude was completely unnacceptable and unprofessional.
Had a blood test appointment. It was done in no time. The place is easily accessible.
Had an x-ray on 3/2. We were late as the satnav misdirected us. I tried to ring to let them know but it kept cutting off. However when we arrived the male receptionist was great and we went through. I was seen quite quickly and i felt reassured about my condition. Minus 1 star for the phones.
Plenty of free parking, appointment was on time, the phlebotomist was lovely, as was the receptionist. 1st class all round, and I always choose this clinic whin I need a blood test because of those reasons. Keep up the good work ????
Whenever I've been here previously for blood tests the service here has been excellent. Today I attended for X ray, the receptionist for X rays could not have been more sour faced and less helpful! The last thing you need as nobody comes here unless they have a health issue. What a pity that one person has let this superb team down so badly.

Very helpless staff. I had an bloodtest appointment at 1.45 today. I forgot my bloodtest form but I have the photo of the form on my phone. They cancelled the appointment because they want only the hard copy of the bloodtest form. I requested them that I ll bring the bloodtest form in half an hour please do the test today. They rejected even for that. I requested them that if I missed this appointment I need to wait for one month. But they didn’t care about it…. Humanityless ladies …. Worse service
Normally the experience is good at St Andrews but my recent experience was not so good.
Due to a person being ill prior to my appointment the waiting time was long. We all had to wait outside in the cold and rain.
The ridiculous policy of blocking of 2 seats to 1 in the waiting room is hardly necessary now particularly as everyone was wearing a mask.
