Most expensive 2 piece chicken and chips I've ever had! Cost £7 and the chicken overcooked, very dry and small portion. Chips were small portions too. This meal was every below. Staff weren't friendly and service with a smile. One of 2 worst chippie I've come across in my life as a 54 year old British person.I'll never buy from Big Ben chippie again - my first and last purchase from this chippie.
I only leave extremely poor service and product reviews and my reviews are honest and genuine. Please don't accuse me of lying - even your menu pricing show 2 piece chicken and chips is an extortionate £7 - overcooked, dry and small portions compared to your competitors who are priced £3.50 - £4.50. This chippies staff accused me of lying - why waste my time and effort?

Got 8 wings and chips which was decently priced at £4.50.
Just a shame there were 3 black short hairs in my food. Just gross. I dont live in the area otherwise i would have bought the food back to the shop. Ended up in the bin. Please check your food before eating. I used to get wings and chips all the time before this, this has certainly put me off from returning.
Refit, change of owners, change of prices (vertically) but generally a good standard of fare. Nice crispy cod. Chips were slightly greasy but no so as to detract from taste. Not my default chippy but would visit again for sure.
We ate here during our stay in London twice. We're happy that we bumped into this place.

One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I used to live around there and would buy all the time. I’ve since moved a bit far away but always order when I’m in the area. Prices have gone up a bit but worth the treat. All the staff are also very friendly.
