So relieved to have found this place. My clutch was completely destroyed (it exploded) and Paul was able to fit me in the day I called and had all repairs completed the following day. He was so accommodating and went so far as to pick me up to collect my car as I was a bit stuck with having a small child! My car feels brand new and as an extra he advised me of other repairs that would need to be carried out at a later date with no pressure to book. Very impressed with the service and work and will definitely be recommending.
I'm very grateful for the staff of Bexley Clutch Point. I've had an urgent situation with the brake of my motorcycle. Since I live in the neighborhood I asked for help. Although it's a car shop however they didn't hesitate to have a look at the issue straight away and shortly the problem was solved. I couldn't ask for more. Brilliant service, highly recommended.
I would highly recommend. I had an issue changing gears on my car and they were able to get the parts replaced within hours of me making my initial call. I had been told by other mechanics that they not only couldn’t see me the same day but that the wait time on parts could be up to a week. I had never been here before but I will come here first in future. The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel very comfortable - this is important to me as I have only been driving for two years and have not experienced an issue like this before with my car. Our Vauxhall Adam developed a clutch problem and I found Bexley clutch point after a google search. I saw it had good reviews and decided as it was a local garage to give it a try.
I’m glad I did, I popped down on the off chance that they could have a look at it. The premises are easily accessible and very clean and well kept. Paul and Tom we’re really friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem and offering the best economical solution.
They were able to carry out the works on the day and for a really good price too. Tom; went above and beyond what is expected, to complete the works on the day and when I went to collect the car, he took time to show and explain what he’d done.
I would definitely use Bexley clutch point again, they don’t just do Clutches, they do all vehicle maintenance, servicing and MOTs. I’m a great believer in Supporting local businesses, especially when they are as reliable and professional as Bexley Clutch point. I highly recommend them.
