I’ve tried kebabs in Germany, Poland and Greece in my search for the best kebab. I’ve crossed the Bosphorus Bridge to Asia Minor and eaten kebabs by the Black Sea. Even the Turkish diaspora in Sydney try their hardest at making the ultimate kebab… But nowhere compares to this unassuming food van parked by Sainsbury’s in Farnham. Finally, I can stop searching, I’ve found THE Best Istanbul Kebab.
Good food, quick service, convenient location for parking and/or quickly stopping in to grab something a the staff are really friendly. One issue is the fact they only accept cash (as of December 2023) luckily there is a free cash machine nearby in the Sainsbury’s car park if required.
Always a really nice kebab. They are happy to put extra sauce and extra cabbage on for me and the wife. Always recommend to everyone!
First time eating from here tonight and literally just finished it and it was beautiful. Best kebab I've ever had from a van, and best kebab I've had for a long time.
I had a mixed regular kebab with a coke and it was under £10. The meat and salad all tasted and looked fresh and the 2 guys working the van were friendly, funny, and chatty. 100% will be going back especially as I work in farnham. Thank you!
Alway has been a really nice kebab and still is.
however the portion sizes are shrinking dramatically a xl kebab now is the size of a medium with minimal salad and source. I am not greedy or tight and would prefer to pay more and get the size I ordered.
This place is incredible, lovely staff hard to find especially in the dark, across a car park near waitrose, lovely staff, loyal customers
This is very nice place just outside the Sainsbury’s. They have lovely kebabs.
One of the best kebab I ever had. Although they are little bit pricey compared to other ones nearby, no match in terms of taste and hygiene. I had lamb lamb kofta multiple times and they tasted really good every time. There aren’t many kebabs serve chicken shish. My wife love chicken shish from here.
