Great friendly service!
They took time to listen to how I used the car and were able to advise on the types of tyres that I needed for the journeys that I make. Car felt great after the service! Would definitely use again!
Absolutely amazing service, kind and professional staff with a wide selection of cars.
Had a good look around and found a model we really liked in great condition for a very good price, talked it through with a cup of coffee provided, were glad to have bought our second car here and will be coming back in the future for sure.

Squeaking noise from car. Turns out all the brakes were kinda worn. Well that’s what the chap said.
At the time was a teeny bit unsure…
Got the car back, as soon as I realised the brakes were operating without the pedal going nearly all the way to the floor I was totally reassured.
This was good because it was the wife’s car.
Service brakes and service less than 600. They even cleaned it too so that by it self shows customer care above and beyond Stoneacer’s.
Really happy, it’s our go to garage now.
Bought a second hand car from this company a couple of years ago .. taken it back every year for MOT and service. Friendly helpful staff, great service and reasonable prices.. what's not to like.
My son just bought a used fiat 500 from bescol, we were seen by Stuart who was very helpful and talked us through exactly what to expect, went to pick the car up one week later, the car was exactly as described and 1/2 tank of petrol too. Top service highly recommend, would use again top marks.
Absolutely disgusted with this garage and how they have treated my sister in law over the last few weeks. Car went in with a faulty screen washer and now the windscreen wipers don’t work. The wipers worked before it went in the garage. Garage has had the car for yet another full day, told that there was a courtesy car available but not available when car wasn’t fixed and is now undriveable. Wipers still not fixed as they have now decided they need an auto electrician. In the meantime have had to pay a huge bill and the car is now in a worse state than when it went in. Customer service is non existent, even from the manager. As a key worker on annual leave she now doesn’t have a roadworthy car to drive and faces another bill to fix what wasn’t previously broken.
Charged £72 for a battery change, I already changed the battery 2 months ago, drove from bescol to travelers for my engine light to reappear all of 400m after I was told everything was ok, went back to show them the fault code via my own obd scanner to tell them what was wrong, my other half had the car when it broke down and they told her they wouldn't charge for the diagnostics. The reason they thought the car was fixed was because they cleared the faults on my car as they believed they could be old faults, strange?. Waste of money, waste of time.
While I did not buy from them I went with an older Ssangyong Rodius I had just brought the week before and they were very friendly and helpful answering a few questions and showing me a few things about the car
