I was impressed with the service I received when I sent my van in for MOT and service this week, I was regularly kept informed of what jobs needed doing and was given clear estimate on price, the van was ready the next day after few parts needed came in the following day. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

As a local garage I have called Benson's to kindly ask for some assistance with clarification over service history relating to a vehicle which they have worked on over the years.
I had the pleasure of dealing with a rude lady on the phone who was nothing but objective and unhelpful.
I appreciate that in this modern world we are some times very busy and things are not always possible, but I firmly believe that there is a way of speaking with people and being polite, and in this instance this was not the case.
I do hope that the employee that I spoke to has the opportunity to read through this review and has some time to reflect over their attitude.
