I ordered 2 Singapore fried rice, having ordered there before was confident be a good meal. How wrong I was. They now do not include prawns, there was barely any meat at all and rice was stodgy. Called them to register complaint, the response was wholly inadequate, he said I will tell chef bye. I clearly was not happy at all with that response. I will never use them again.
Really great food. We had a very large order which was all hot and delicious. We will be back next time we are in Babbacombe!
Have ordered dishes from this, my local Chinese, without issue. However, tonight spent £13 on a salt and pepper box selection and was very, very disappointed. Two ribs, two chicken balls a sprinkling of chilli beef pieces, a small pot of curry and sweet &sour sauce, served in an individual pizza sized box. More than half of the box was filled with chips. Really poor value for money and a mistake I will not repeat.
Our first visit here and it was excellent. We ordered seaweed, chicken fried rice, lemon chicken and fries. The food couldnt be faulted and there was lots of it and we will certainly go again.
Well this has to be one of the worst meals I’ve ever ordered!! Duck fried rice was not fresh and tasted more like saw dust…….refried dried out duck obviously over cooked or double cooked from another time!
Salt & pepper squid also dried out like leather…
Chose this place over others but regret it totally - rang back first but no joy and made to feel like I was being dishonest………..terrible!!
Called here for takeaway had chicken noodles and chicken curry with rice and chips was really nice owner was lovely and friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend and will call again if in the area
Favourite in Torquay just up the road from my boy too !
