Absolutely amazing pharmacy! I honestly can’t praise them enough - they truly go above and beyond.
Bemerton Pharmacy dossett and deliver my complicated medication regime and have a fantastic team who really care about their customers.
Went to the pharmacy today and two lovley members of staff Stacey and kirsty where so helpful polite and welcoming thank you for your help
Absolutely useless at answering the phone!
The shelf stock levels are non existent, there empty it needs a full restock!
My medication is never complete i always have to wait for an owing and when I go to collect that I always get told you can have it if we have it on the shelf! IT SHOULD BE MADE UP NOT SAT ON A SHELF AS STOCK! This pharmacy really needs reviewing because it’s not being run properly and efficiently as it should be.
Rolands Pembroke Road fails and in my opinion isn’t fit for purpose as it once was!
How the shelves are in the pictures is how the shelves have been since I moved back to Salisbury in March. I popped to the pharmacy before that as I only lived in amesbury as it was the same then in January meaning nothing has changed!

No idea what is going on but no reply on the phone so cant check to see if my repeat prescription is ready for collection. It was ordered last week but over the last 6 months the service here has deteriorated dramatically. Rowlands this is not good enough it's a busy pharmacy the staff do their best but with limited stock what are they expected to do?
See all the other one star reviews and I experienced pretty much all of the issues mentioned. They clearly couldn’t care less as they haven’t made any improvements.
I used them once as they were a bit nearer to my home than the one I was using. Never again, waste of time and a miserable experience. I going to use delivery services for my scripts now on.
Dreadful pharmacy. Both myself and my husband had a prescription sent to the pharmacy from the go and had to wait 2 weeks until able to collect! Same excuse given all the time ‘ we have the packed and brought to us from somewhere else’
Can wait outside up to an hour without receiving a prescription. Phone never answered. Sometimes there understaffed and sometimes there’s loads of staff there, neither seems to make any difference. There always shutting early and close for 2 hours at lunch. Have now changed chemists as the place is just ridiculous.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. I left this pharmacy long ago after so many bad vibes and experiences. It's never plain sailing with Rowlands Bemerton Heath. Where do I start? If they ever bothered to answer the phone (and it was a miracle when it was answered) I never got a member of staff that was pleased to hear from you. The attitude was that of someone you had really inconvenienced. Impatient and abrupt.
Never mind the telephone manner, let's get on to medication. Either not in stock, or not ready despite being texted to say it was ready for collection. After an argument with one of their staff about this, I left and became a proud customer of Tanday on Wilton Road. Now there is a pharmacy up to scratch. Sure, you have to queue, but at least your medication is there and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The reason I'm writing this review today is because I just visited Rowlands to pick up my boyfriends prescription, as they didn't have it in stock when he picked up 2 weeks worth of medication a week ago. (Shocker).
I had the little slip that said 'we owe you this medication' and my boyfriend got the text to say it was ready. I gave it to the lady and said he's paid for it already.
What do you think happened when I got to the pharmacy. Yup, they couldn't find it!! Eventually they did find the medication and started prepping it, but seemed to spend more time chatting with her colleague and stopping dispensing the medication to DO this. I asked one of the ladies behind the counter why my boyfriend received a text to say his medication was ready? Her response, "I don't know, sorry."
After all that, a man brought me the bag and questioned me about if my boyfriend had paid. Pretty sure they don't give out slips that say 'we owe you medication' unless you've paid. I said he had, and he seemed reluctant to give me the bag of meds.
After all this, neither myself or my boyfriend will be returning to Rowlands ever again. Disorganised, rude, abrupt and unreliable!
