Google recommended this place while we were on our way back to the caravan. It was much smaller than expected, we had hoped it was more of a restaurant than takeaway but there still was a small area to sit which wasnt exactly comfortable but did the trick. Customer service was great but the price of the meals were more than I expected. £24.50 for fish, chips and peas with a bottle of water x2. Food was nice, but lacked a bit of seasoning and I didn't feel it warranted the price. All in all, not a bad fish and chip shop just not quite the best I've been too.
Absolutely amazing chippy. Fantastic portion sizes and the quality was top notch. Hard to come by a proper chippy now and this was an absolute find! My lad had kids fish and chips too, which was a great size and would probably do most adults ????

Visited Galleon chippy on the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't disappointed. We ordered fish and chips cooked to order. The fish ???? was very fresh and the batter was light and crispy. The chips ???? was good too tasted really nice not greasy at all. They have a good selection of battered fish. Haddock Plaice and Cod. We tried the cod. This chippy is is a short walk from Rhos on sea beach ????. If you're visiting the area and fancy freshly cooked fish and chips pop in. If I'm there again I definitely will. ????????????????????
Nicest chippy we have had in ages. Chips, peas, gravy, sausages, nuggets all loved by family. Day trippers from the potteries and wanted a chippy. Super friendly staff too. Will be coming back.
High quality sausage and chips. Fish was a big greasy but overall really good. There were no large fish but the regular was big enough.

This takeaway is pretty much the only one I found open on a Monday and I'm glad it was because the food was lovely.
Fish and chips were cooked fresh, not to greasy and a fair sized portion too.
Had a kids fish for our pup and that in itself was a good sized fish.
Would happily use again when we are in the area.
Was really busy as it was a sunny day. Service was quick and to the point, which is fine. Chips were ok they were really greasy when you get past top level, don’t see what all the fuss is about just a standard fish & chip shop.
