Great place to catch a game locally after a recent refurb. Great selection of drinks, draught and otherwise. Good game day atmosphere, without overpowering.
We had an evening meal with our two young children whilst staying at Bells Hotel. They have a kids menu for toddlers and juniors which was the usual nuggets and fish fingers, and they were happy for the kids to stay all evening.
We had steak, beef brisket and the buttermilk chicken. It was all pretty good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was good.
It's a golf clubhouse and the decor is pretty nice. there's an outside area overlooking the bowling green and some picnic benches outside too.
Overall it was a nice meal and there was lots of choice on the menu.
Stayed over for a couple of rounds of golf with dinner and breakfast and I can't praise the place enough. Great course, excellent food and great staff. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be returning ????

Stayed for 4 nights DBB. Friendly, clean, good rooms and food good. Free parking.
Fantastic clubhouse, very welcoming and with a nice ambience. And they do Sunday roast. Get yourself down there, but book a table first.
Really good Christmas meal excellent service.
Arrived at 10pm on Friday night.
It says it has a 24 hrs reception, but if you to check-in at night you have to use the phone on the reception desk to call the manager to come and check you in.
Ordered a double bed got a twin instead.
Room was big enough
A few items needed repairing
Had someone dancing in their room at 11.30pm.
The quilts that come with the room are extra thick so they are only good if you book the rooms in the winter months
A friend of mine who stayed a few doors down said that someone had been smoking something in their room as it had a heavy pungent smell to it.
Breakfast was ok in the morning need a some better directions to where in the clubhouse it is.
All in all need a some things done to make it a better for the guests
