Can't get medication. What kind of chemist r u. Friendly staff Can't heal u. Waited 2 weeks to get a phone call to go and get my prescription and go elsewhere. Why u open ur empty. The only time that's it was a chemist is bk in the 80s. You could shop in there whiles waiting for ur prescription. How long u gonna be there.
Onyeka provided me with excellent customer services, she was polite, courteous and help rectify my prescription error made by my GP which could have left me without any medication for 4 days! Definitely an A* friendly service from the team in on the weekend. Thank you.
Both the counter assistants and the pharmacists are very nice and friendly. They work together very efficiently to provide the best treatments and advises for us patients. I have got a few repeat medications and I do not even need to request them now I just go in to the pharmacy and collect them and they are always ready to pick up. I would recommend everyone living locally to sign up to this pharmacy, you won't regret it.
Poor service from this pharmacy really need to communicate properly. Please train the staff! Don’t mislead the customers/patients.
The management of this pharmacy are very rude incompetent have no idea of customer service. If a problem occurs they do not take responsibility and onus of problem and try to resolves It in amicably way instead the blame is put in the patient and the patient is made to feel incompetent and left with no medications which the management don’t care about. There is no compassionate or care from the management team at all. The assistant are welcoming and sympathetic and try to help as much as they can. A change of management is needed in this pharmacy!
The staff at this Pharmacy were very nice and friendly. Especially Jay, he took the time to look at blisters on my feet and recommended the perfect ointment. Its because of Jay I'm able to walk properly again.
The current management of this branch are rude, dismissive and in my opinion quite dangerous. As a key worker myself it was shocking to be told that as they didn't have the correct medication for my elderly mother I should take another brand (one which she has a bad reaction too and one that is on record as being so) as in these times it was about "balance". So my elderly mother should take medication that will make her sick? Reckless behaviour, especially in the current climate.
They leave patients without medication. They say prescription will be ready to collect after 3 days. 3 days later when I go to collect they say they don't know about the prescription. They did this 6 times. Now I changed my pharmacy.
