It was delicious.
Took 20 minutes from ordering and it was ready. Great portion size (my eyes were too big for my belly). 100% would go again.
The Combination Starter was delicious, especially the ribs.
We were searching for a new local takeaway as another that we had historically used has closed under new ownership. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality (for the price) from Beighton Wok. We had a set meal for 3 and 1 extra black bean beef for 4 people and there was plenty. The flavour was great and we found the amount of veg, meat and sauce was balanced well so as not to overwhelm or to leave you wondering where the rest was. We did not have a menu so ordered in the building and left with our order in less than 15 minutes on a busy Saturday night. I have added photos of the menu but would love if the owners set up a website for others to use.
Went to Beighton wok after not being there for a while. The front of house man had great banter and made the wait entertaining. Food didn't take long at all. Portions were huge (who doesn't love next day chinese??) And really good value for money!
Whilst I'm not sure how much atmosphere a takeaway can have (there's no dine-in here), staff are always really friendly and welcoming. The food is always really tasty and stays hot for ages!
Started ordering from here again after a few years. First time ordering was nice but then everytime after that it seemed to taste worse and worse. Chicken taste spongy. Too much MSG that it burns your tongue
