Unfortunately I only bad experiences with this garage. Changing a mechatronic unit took 3 months instead of the promised 2 weeks and the garage offered no support or solutions but blamed it on the parts vendor. I had to call regularly as I wasn't kept informed at all, and even when I rang and they accidentally picked up, they had no idea what car I was talking about. Every time I was told something different and promised a quick completion date, which happened to always be postponed. My car was returned without the garage having tested it, so when I drove to work I realised the car was not working and the car couldn't shift to certain gears. A traumatic experience on the highway. I had to take it back again and wait for weeks. By then I had to take numerous days off of work to run back and forth to the garage as a result of their mistakes with my time and money being wasted for their lack of care. I had by then spent £££ on car rentals, trains, taxis and all I asked was compensation or partial support for my commute costs. They promised to help and took my details (probably because I had taken an additional person with me by then in hopes of being taken seriously) but I have never heard from the garage ever since.
Second time they misplaced my wheel nut and when I ask to help find basically they could not bother. Extremely disappointed.
Shame I did not check before I leave the yard. It could save me hips time and money.

Paul and his team are great. Really helpful, honest, professional and totally pragmatic. I can't recommend them highly enough over the years. They always go the extra mile. It makes a difference. And in my experience they do stand out for the no nonsense service and on point advice. Thanks guys!
I recently had a MOT, and it went well.
Sadly, I was given a quote for a service and timing belt replacement that was incredibly high. Through a quick Google it became evident that the quote was not realistic. I later received a quote from another professional garage I've previously used that came in £500 less.
Friendly staff. My MOT was done in a couple of hours and I was notified when it was ready. Difficult garage to find. You need to make sure you know exactly where it is.
2nd time I have used this brilliant Garage

No unexpected/additional charges from the prepayment through AA.
Very knowledgeable and professional people here provided excellent customer service.
