Absolutely awful!
Sent my car for MOT and it failed, I was quoted for the work required to get it to pass and agreed this price and took it back 2 days later for the work to be done.
I called at lunchtime for an ETA and I was told that there had been a problem and they had sent my alloy off to be welded, WITHOUT TELLING ME, ASKING ME OR ADVISING ME OF ANY ISSUE OR EXTRA COST!
Beware if you are female, I feel completely taken advantage of by these people!

Sent our car on Monday morning and was told verbally that the price for the work would be 500 pounds worst ways. Later on the Wednesday evening we had a phone call telling us that the cost was 650 pound!!!!
The work done was satisfactory but I would highly recommend getting a written agreement with cost because if you have got a poorly baby and have fixed income then you will be shocked and left hanging.
Just our luck that within two weeks after getting the car back and spending our baby's 150 pounds hospital savings for traveling to Bristol children's hospital every week, the car now won't go into gear!!! I'm at a bit of a loss really lol.
I've taken a few of my cars here and Iain always does top work at a good price. They're always quick too!
