100% the most efficient and friendly service, staff are always smiling and kind, very quick to be seen, the best dentist I have been to hands down, and I've been to a fair few, cannot recommend them enough. And I'm writing this moments after 3 extractions, my face is hurting as the anaesthetic is wearing off and yet I'm happy. ????
The most amazing dental practice. I was absolutely terrified before coming here but the dentist and nurses are incredible and so reassuring. They took the time to make me feel at ease and explained everything in such detail. THANK YOU ALL
By far the BEST dentist team I have ever seen. The service I have received to date has been truly wonderful. Never have I seen a young dentist who has explained everything to me in so much detail, I had a chance to ask questions, which were explained in detail also! So impressed ????????
The reception staff and also very welcoming and professional, that makes such a great first impression.
I saw a young lady to show me how to floss and brush my teeth with maximum benefit, she was extremely friendly and full of knowledge. My mouth after 7 days feels so much cleaner. I don’t usually write reviews, but I have been so impressed with this dentist surgery. I am soon to see the hygienist and hope the experience is exactly the same, I have no reason to doubt this.
Please keep up the excellent and professional standards, I have experienced to date. Well done and a massive thank you.

very lovely staff, the dentist and dental nurse that worked on my tooth were so friendly, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. general nice feeling at the practice too. really good experience overall.
Called this morning to see if I could register as a patient and after being on hold for more than 5 minutes the receptionist interrupted me mid sentence to say they were not taking on new patients. When I pointed out the interruption, with no apology, she said it was because they were very busy and not taking on new patients till April. Not a great introduction to the practice.
As someone who's afraid of the dentist, the staff and facilities are just amazing. Non judgemental and unbelievably patient. Cannot thank them enough for all they've done for me and my family.
Went there with my wife and son this morning. They have a brilliant dentist but terrible receptionists. When we arrived they both had a look on their faces that you wouldn't expect. They had booked our first appointment for all 3 of us for August. Then they changed it to November, but only for my wife and son, not me. I politely asked why they had not done it for me. They said they never book for the whole family on the same day. I simply asked "but you did it for the first appointment in August for all 3 of us" and then they started raising their voices and treating us badly, changing the subject to avoid answering our simple question by blaming us for arriving late, which is also completely untrue. The appointment was at 9am and we were at the reception at exactly 9am. All we did was have a civilised conversation and try to understand what the problem was. But their behaviour as receptionists, especially in a healthcare environment, was totally unacceptable. The problem wasn't the appointment not being rebooked. I don't need any urgent dental care. It was their horrible behaviour. You cannot treat people like this in a professional environment. All you need to do is answer a simple question politely and move on. These two ladies need some professional training in human interaction and they need to learn some manners. I only stayed there because you don't have a choice in this country when it comes to dentists and I didn't want to wait another 6 months or so. The dentist herself deserves much better points but sorry, these two ladies caused a lot of unnecessary distress in the morning for us.
