Very poor system for delivering cars, they expect paperwork as POD when most deliveries are now done using PDA devices with an email being sent. Also what more proof of a car being delivered do you need then the actual car being there
Easy in & easy out... more of a cinch hub now though. Just need to call in advance to make sure your car is actually there...
Nobody answers the phone. It is the same at all BCA/SMH/Fleet holding centres.
They don't understand why people get annoyed. You cannot book a slot as you cannot get through to speak to anyone
If your load is pulled and ready, the place is great, but.......... if it's not, except a long delay!
Bossy staff. 1st time delivery of a single car. Treated almost like a criminal. Confused as to where i was supposed to park the vehicle. Just needed a bitof guidance but spoken too appalingly.
Great staff. Always a fast turn around.
