I had a 5* experience when I attended BooandBeaSmiles. The receptionist who welcomed me in was very friendly and had a lovely smile when greeting me. I then was seen by Kerry, who immediately made me feel at ease even though I was very nervous. She made it the most pleasant dentist appointment I’ve ever been too and certainly the most relaxed. I am so grateful for the service she provided and am extremely happy with how my teeth look after my visit
Kerry was absolutely amazing. Went in for a clean and airflow treatment which went great and I am obsessed with the results. My teeth look and feel great (wish I had taken a before and after picture).
Kerry’s service was 10/10, I had a few questions which she was really helpful with. Would definitely recommend this clinic as the overall experience was 10/10.

The most thorough hygienist session anyone could wish for - literally lost count of the amount of equipment Kerry used for my deep clean! It’s left my gums far less inflamed and teeth much brighter. Would recommend it to anyone! Kerry also gave great tips to ensure better oral health for the future, thank you!
Dr Kerry was so helpful and professional. The scale and clean were nearly painless and I'm so pleased with the results! I got some helpful tips on how to look after my teeth well too. I couldn't recommend Dr Kerry highly enough!
Amazing customer service both for making the appointment but also the treatment. Had to pay extra for airflow treatment but she managed to remove a stain no other dentist said was possible! Giving me back my confidence and smile.. truly grateful and would definitely come again! Highly recommend this dentist!
I went for a scale, clean and air polish and was seen by Kerry who is amazing at what she does (18/10). This was a completely painless experience with very good results which I didn't expect based on how my teeth were. The clinic was clean and comfortable. I was late (entirely my fault, went to the wrong address), I rang to explain and Kerry was so lovely in still allowing me to come. Fabulous service, fabulous lady. Thank you so much Kerry.
I visited this dentist as part of a Groupon deal with plans to continue seeing the dentist long term. The dentist, Kerry, ghosted me - after seeing her for a check up and scale/polish, she said I needed fillings and will email me costs and information. After chasing for months she never sent anything. At first she would reply to my message saying she will send it later, but eventually ignored me. I wouldn't recommend. I'm really shocked by the service - so unprofessional. I will be making a complaint to the General Dental Council.
Also the most painful scale and polish I've had (I've had this plenty of times at other places before and after going here) and loud music which wasn't nice while you're getting a painful treatment. I recently saw another dentist and immediately gave me a quote and already booked in for fillings and gave more practical advice, things that Kerry missed.
I have been to Kerry at BBS twice now, both for a dental check-up with scale, clean and polish.
On my first visit my teeth were riddled with stains, she asked me if I wanted to do a deeper clean at an extra charge, I accepted and it was the best thing I did! Kerry got rid of all my stains and since then I have been more careful when drinking beverages like coffee, etc, so by the time I went for my second appointment a few months later all I needed was the general dental check-up.
With both appointments I came out feeling a good difference with my teeth and was very pleased with the service, level of care and professionalism from Kerry.
I highly recommend her and will go back :)
