Fantastic service today when picking up a prescription for my wife. They couldn't have been more helpful with a separate issue she had. I always felt bad for the staff under Lloyds. But these folks have it running so much better. Thank you!
I can't believe how nice, professional and friendly the staff are, what a breath of fresh air, I haven't even had a prescription yet, just called and asked if I could join, I was spoken to and treated like a human being! I strongly recommend this pharmacy, whoever owns this has done a fantastic job of training staff.. I have spoken twice now with Gillian, she was amazing, couldn't be more helpful.. this is the 3rd pharmacy I have been with, and I wish I knew earlier about them! Thank you so very much guys!
Since this pharmacy has been bought over by a local pharmacist the difference is unreal! I’m so glad that most of the staff stayed as they are so good and are efficient in their work! When it comes to dealing with multiple people and multiple medications for someone they are great. Unfortunately myself and children have had to go there a lot more recently for medication we need and with these winter bugs but EVERYTIME I’m dealt with it’s easy not stressful or made to feel your a pain for them. The advice and guidance I get from them with something I am unsure of is always correct. Sometimes it’s easier for me to deal with the staff here rather than my own doctors. I also fully support their change in working hours! Thank you all again

What a nice pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also open until 8pm
So far, night and day compared to the last Lloyds pharmacy. They are organised, helpful and answer the phone. Prescriptions have always been readily available.
Staff exceptionally helpful, would like to call out Celia for her professional approach and additional advice with something beyond picking up prescriptions. I know there are frustrations with availabity of items/stuff not always being ready but this is not all down to the staff in the front line and we should appreciate their challenges and good customer service.
Better chemist of a bad bunch. And they fixed the door. I may have to revise my rating since Leeane and Cylvia's leaving...

Can’t believe the difference and I used the surgery Bathgate Pharmacy! Fast service, friendly staff and seats again….. offers of delivery and smiles again. Good riddance Lloyds….
