The team at Bath MOT Centre were so friendly and helpful. My car engine was starting on and off yesterday which is worrying on a road trip. They took a look at my car immediately and helped me on my way. I highly recommend this garage.

They not book for you MOT , they laugh on you! I have called approximately 2 weeks ago to book an MOT for my car , I have called hime he said on 30th/09/2023 will your car MOT but today no recovery car to pickup my car and Garage is close as well , I understood that this guy he laughed om me ! Thank you so much.
My car is a slightly older car, I took it to Bath MOT Centre and it failed its MOT, they said there was a number of things wrong with it but they could put them alright and quoted me a quite reasonable price. I told them to go ahead with the work which they did, they completed the work in a really quick time, re MOTed it and it passed!
They were very friendly and polite, and kept me posted with how the work was going, I had my car back on the road in no time at all.
I would say an excellent all round service. Would definitely recommend!
I was hesitant after reading some of these reviews, but my personal experience has been a great one. I realised I needed an MOT urgently and they were able to look at my car the next day. Needed some new break pads and minor works, which they were then able to complete the next day. Super friendly and efficient. Price also reasonable.
I went here for a service as someone told me about them , when I asked around for a recommendation. I checked Google after I had booked the car in to get the telephone number and noticed the 2 stars, I should have cancelled then but I thought give them the chance to prove the reviews wrong. They did not I got a bill for £250 for the oil change and filters, when I drove the car the following day I noticed the service lights were still on and a warning of a failed dipped headlight which where there before the service. I know need to go to somewhere who can do the job properly.
I spoke to the person who recommended them and they said "Oh I've never used them, but a friend had there car MOT'd there".
The moral of the story is check the reviews first, if the business name is MOT centre they probably don't have the tools or skills to service all makes of cars and ask more people for references then confirm online.
I won't be going back.
Myself and my daughter have always received nothing but courteous and efficient service from this family garage. We have been using them for a number of years, they are always willing to fit us in at a moment's notice, even when I have broken down in the past and need my car urgently they have tried their very best to accommodate me. Cannot fault them.
Great MOT/service experience every time. I have taken in three different vehicles to this garage (as do many others at my workplace in Bath). I have never had a single issue with their service. Fast service, decent and well-priced.
