Katia Lake was the Solicitor for my partner's sale and purchase and I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and advice. She replied to all our emails very quickly and kept us updated on a regular basis. I must say that we did call and email quite a bit but she was always patient and understood our need for reassurance throughout. I appreciated the fact that she was able to achieve our tight time scale since we needed to complete in time to take our children on holiday. Would definitely recommend. 10 star service!!
Being a first time home buyer really needed a firm and Solicitor who would take the time to walk me through the property purchasing process and support the time scales I wished to complete on. I have had to deal with the probate and then the administration of a large and (to me) quite complex estate.
