Really professional and smooth. Put main damage thru on website beforehand - as expected, this came down a bit on inspection but all explained and no sense of ‘finding’ reasons to take price down. Lovely guy, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Would use again!
We were a bit nervous of using WBAC, but we didn’t need to be. The guy was so friendly and we got a really good price. We would definitely use that branch again. My only criticism would be, when you book a time slot allow plenty of time because they run very late.
