I really didn’t have any expectations, I’d spent a few hours pitching up our tent at a local campsite and we just needed food. Well the Cod was the best we’ve had for a very long time, meaty, in fact the whole meal was a delight and cooked to perfection, flavoursome and a good portion. Service, we could not of asked for more. This is a great little fish shop that we’ll definitely be using again.
I love popping to barrow fish and chips and grabbing a real nice quarter pounder with cheese and it tastes very very nice 7283/10 highly recommend, I like it with the lads and prime energy because the chips are high quality! Dwayne the Rock Johnson makes me rock hard!
Loved this place at first then after while the quality of the food went down hill. When I brought it to their attention it got brushed under the carpet. Was told I’d be offered a free meal but when I went back in there the free meal turned into £1.50 off the bill. The excuse the fryer weren’t working, if you knew could have just said instead of acting like you don’t know what I’m talking about.
I not fussed about not having a free meal just pure principle if you say you’re going to do something follow through guys.
First time at this place. The food was fresh,large portions,and the price was reasonable. Great staff the best chips I've ever had.
Used to be good a few years ago but the food has got worse (in particular all kebabs are now noticeably cheap cuts) and the prices have climbed steeply. We only use the place now if we want something quickly within walking distance. Can't fault the staff but the food is overpriced and mediocre.
So yummy food! Lovely staff! The cleanest take away shop I have ever seen! Highly recommended!
Fish was freshly cooked. Portions are really big. Can be a little slow on a Friday evening when things are busy but the team behind counter try there best to get things out as quickly as possible.
Been a customer here for a good amount of time always great food. Would never go anywhere else!! Staff are always nice and very professional
