Just bought a great used van and the service provided was very friendly and exceptional. Not pushy and left to make up your own mind. A flexible approach to what I wanted ,not what they wanted, and made it worth the 230 mile round trip to view ,purchase and drive away a good ,quality vehicle that fits my needs. A shout out to Doug ,our sales advisor who answered all our questions and made us feel welcome without the usual sales hovering presence. All the staff including the owner and family members are really friendly and obliging. When I need another vehicle I will look here first to see what's on offer, it's worth the ride 5*****

Bought a Navara here after searching the net this popped up on cargurus as an excellent deal as it was £890 cheaper than all other Navaras for sale in a 100 mile radius. The lads are very welcoming and not pushy at all. Doug looked after us during our viewing and even sourced a canopy for me which he had colour coded and fitted ready for completion of the purchase. I came away feeling like I'd been genuinely looked after and a deal that I couldn't of gotten anywhere else. Thanks to all the lads especially Doug for a great experience. I woukd highly recommend these guys and will definitely use again.
I cannot thank james and the team at J & M specialist cars enough! unfortunately the rear spring failed 1 week before I was due to start employement training with the ambulance service to assist with the covid-19 pandemic. The lads said they would fix it no problem. after dropping the car off they realised the other side was also broken and the guy's also repaired that free of charge! thank you so much.
