I've been using them for several years now for MOTs. Always found them to be friendly and fair and a reasonable price. If you are looking to get your car MOT'd I can recommend them. You do need to try to get booked in as early as you can as they get booked up quickly, which must say something about their popularity.
I rarely leave reviews unless the business is outstanding. Bardell Autos are outstanding. I've found them to be the most honest and trustworthy repair shop in Dereham, good prices, no up-selling, and they go the extra mile for their customers.
What more would someone want from an auto repair shop!
What can I say from the moment I called and spoke to Lynn (who was brilliant) and then dealt with Wayne. My experience was excellent.
I was rather anxious about the work needed on my car and thought it would cost the earth. Wayne called for the bits my car needed while I stood there. He was upfront and honest about how much it would cost. It’s so nice to find someone who will help you and is totally honest.
