Das Restaurant ist in dem schönen historischen Hotel Le Petit Manoir gelegen, die moderne Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen. und interessant - in unserem Bereich zB mit Bildern berühmter Dichter und Komponisten aus Morges. Das Essen war durchweg überzeugend: die Wild-Gerichte waren gut, die Vorspeisen (Tourteau und Riz de Veau) sowie das Dessert mit Schokolade hätten einen Michelin-Stern verdient.
Vor der Eröffnung des neuen Restaurants saisonales und ausgesprochen feines Essen mit aufmerksamem und freundlichem Service.

Struttura accogliente e personale.Attenzione alla camera 109: verificare che abjiano sistemato il rumore fastidioso generato dalla cucina, fino alle 21.30 eninizio alle 7.00 del mattino. Ecco perchè ho tolto una stella. Parcheggio pubblico di fronte all'albergo. Gratis dopo le 18.00 di sabato e tutta la domenica.
Un endroit plein de charme. Service prévenant et souriant. Le plat de chasse était excellent. Mon entrée celeri saumon un peu basic. Coquilles saint jacques trés bonnes
Excellent Restaurant. Depuis le temps que je devais y aller, je me suis pas déçue. Très bon tartare et la pavlova excellente. De plus, excellent service, le personnel aux petits soins et très aimable. Je recommande vivement.
Le cadre est parfait. Service impeccable et très accueillant. Musique jazz ambiante et feu de cheminée en prime. La nourriture était excellente.
Une année après ma première visite, c'est toujours une excellente cuisine et service. Par contre, très gros bémol concernant le nouveau cadre. C'est assez banal! Ça a enlevé tout le charme et l'atmosphère cosy d'avant. Dommage.
