Leider ging den Ofen kaputt für einen Toast zu Essen. Darum haben wir etwas anderes genommen, es schmeckte uns leider nicht so gut.
Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr sehr freundlich, das einzige was uns störte das Sie das Essen nach fast 1.5h immer noch nicht abgeräumt hatte.

I have been in Lugano in one of the worse moment in my life . All my family lost the passports (5 persons)
I need to get a hotel and when we start something to eat all places were closed then I found the Bar Charlotte.
The owner not just provide me some amazing lasagnas and food, He also gave a support , orientations , guidance , and hope to solve my personal issue .
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to come back and try the coffee , because when I got the passports back we should come back asap to Milano .
I’d like to thank you for all ! It’s not all about money , sometimes actions make the difference
