Bought some traditional sweets for them to celebrate a family occasion. They ruined it by providing out of date products! Also service without smile.
One of them best bangladeshi traditional snack shop.
I go there a lot for small shopping but today i witness something disgusting with one of the staff was spitting out side the shop. As a shop keeper he shouldn't do that that will stop customer coming in to the shop. Avoid this place if you can go to Nirala instead.
Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend any one to go there. Should be reported to council for selling out of date sweets and rasmalai. When I physically went there to confront them about this they denied selling it and wouldn't change or refund it. Worst shop avoid everyone.
Great service and food
Bad service, just opened a new pack of big pot with red lid biscuits, to find the foil had already been half ripped off and the whole pack of biscuits tasted stale. Not good service. Won't be buying Bangladeshi biscuits from here again.
I would suggest Banoful check their goods to make sure everything is in tact and not opened before selling to customers. If its coming all the way from bangladesh, please check the contents before giving to the customer please.
Really bad service with a rude grumpy man. Gets even more angry if you want to pay by card. Tries to overcharge so make sure you calculate properly.
The guy on the front desk requires training in how to politely speak to customers.
