Laut und Service ist nicht sehr schnell. Produkte sind gut und das Lokal ist sehr familienfreundlich.

This is by far one of the top places to enjoy some of the planet's best cocoa tastes. A very warm and cosy atmosphere that lends itself to reading, writing or just relaxing with friends. The staff provides excellent service to guests. Probably one of my favorite spots in this world.
Serveuse catastrophique , on nous a fait limite agresse d’avoir demandé crème chantilly pour accompagner notre chocolat chaud. Presque une claque pour demander gentiment notre choix! Nous avons fréquenter beaucoup cet endroit, mail malheureusement l’accueil laissé vraiment beaucoup à désirer.

チョコレートドリンクだけで20種類程あります。店員さんにオススメを聞き、2種類オーダーしました。お店の名前がついた定番のBalzac 55%(6.9€)はシナモンなどスパイスの効いた甘めのもの。Majunga75%(8.1€)はチョコレートの風味をもっと楽しみたい方向け。もったりと舌に絡みつく濃厚さでとても贅沢な味わい。2種類ともあまりの美味しさに感動して思わずお持ち帰り用の缶入りチョコレートドリンクパウダー(22€)も購入してしまいました。英語のメニューがあれば尚良かったという点で★4つ。
