My wife and I enjoyed a superb cornet each, t’wife lapped up two scoops featuring Turkish delight and coconut flavours, mine was a single lucky scoop rum n’raisin option, on inspection this delicacy had a surprise in the form of raisins making a face! ????
ADDRESS IS ACTUALLY BALDERSON'S CAFE & TEA GARDENS but presumably s linked with the Ice Cream shop too? Very safe system. Good food & friendly staff. Have been here several times over the Years. Recommended restaurant & shops.
The ice cream was amazing, go for the mega cone 3 scoops and a flake so good ????????

Lovely ice cream parlour. Great selection. One queue for 2 windows, though no one in the queue notices and the poor man at the far window can't shout "next please" loud enough over the sound of the traffic.

Visited a couple of months ago and tried one of your sundaes.
I love caramel sauce so tried the caramel and fudge.
Ice cream and fudge was lovely, but the caramel sauce tasted odd and ruined the sundae for me.
Today I tried the chocolate and nut, it was absolutely delicious!!
I should of got this one before!
I asked the young gentleman about the caramel sauce that I had last time and he said that it was salted caramel.
So now I understand why I didn’t enjoy the caramel sundae because I don’t like salted caramel.
It would of been helpful if you’d advertised it as salted caramel as you’ve just got caramel fudge sundae advertised and the taste is different, I wouldn’t of bought it if that had been the case, I’m sure I’m not the only one who has thought that.
All in all your staff are welcoming and polite.
Your chocolate nut sundaes are fantastic! ( It tasted a little bit like a Ferrero Roche)
My partner enjoyed his rum and raisin ice cream as I heard no complaints at all!
I’d describe this as a sandwich bar rather than an ice cream parlour but hey ho. Excellent service and friendly efficient staff.
