Great place to dine, but additional parking charges and hideous parking signs everywhere have soured this once beautiful country house hotel.

Disappointed on our recent visit. Booked for lunch at 1200hrs, queued for 15min before being seated. Lunch was nice, ordering via app was fine.
We were only half way through our main when we were advised we only had 10 min to finish our food/drinks.
We were hurried to finish our main, no time for dessert. We then moved to another table to finish our drinks.
This really spoiled our family lunch. Was definately not a relaxing enjoyable experience.
Expected better from balbirnie as it was not a cheap lunch.
