The people are extremely helpful and would have our prescriptions ready in advance majority of times. They would also put in the extra effort to contact us and let us know we have prescriptions to collect. The waiting time is also very minimal.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and hard working. Despite other negative reviews about rudeness, I don't receive any of that when I go there, nor have I witnessed it happening to anyone else. Excellent place to go to if you need advice on anything as well.
They make up prices for tourists and foreigners! Way overcharged me.
I felt ripped off and so my Londoner friend went in the next day to ask the price of the item and the price he was told was almost half what I paid.
I normally support small, local businesses, which is why I went here instead of a chain.
But I'd avoid this place. Tiny selection, nothing has a price on it, rude service.
I arrived in the UK from Arizona, USA. A medical emergency ( heart problem) suddenly occurred in late December 2023. The Pharmacy is near my GP. This Pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help me with my RX. A new rx was ordered and the owner put a rush delivery on my new heart medication today!!! My husband resides 45 minutes away, and only use this Pharmacy. God bless you for your timely response to my prescription need . If you are travelling from abroad, BABAN PHARMACY will help you.

I had to get Flow tests which weren't covered by NHS and was charged 5/piece (new to the UK, didn't know better). I needed a standard receipt with the items bought listed for my insurance abroad, and not just the credit card receipt, but he got very impolite and in the end shouted at me. It was a bit shocking to me how he exploded from one second to the other. Better go somewhere else!
This is an updated review after response of the owner to clarify what actually did happen:
It's not true that my receipt was stamped even I asked for that, but it was written on it "covid taste" (sic!). I am happy to upload a picture of that if you want me to. I tried to calmly explain that I fear that this wouldn't suffice as a receipt (as I also could have written that by myself on the receipt), and that I needed a stamp of the pharmacy. The staff was getting rude about my request, and I pointed out that there is no reason to get impolite, then, I was shouted at. I am definitely not coming back, as I am still shocked to be shouted at. Also, I don't understand why I should come back, if you charged the correct price.
I read the reviews and I have to disagree with many, it's a friendly and very helpful.

Work long hour's and offer a amazing services to regular customers and even those sent by camidoc out of hours.
There a independent business and other chemists can not offer the kind of anti socail hours this place provides.
And they get little or no registration for the service they provide and have done for many years.
They are very hardworking, find people.
So before putting up a bad review could uou sort 16 hour days 6 days a week. So thank you for all you do . And for the service you provide for me and my family.
Awful pharmacist. Terrible owner. Very rude and nasty. I would never recommend this dump to anyone.
